How much do they cost approx? And can you only buy them at the Roslyn store? (I'm not dragging my maids to the NYC store!) I'm gonna guess they are on the more expensive end of BM dresses. I wanna max out the cost of dress at $250 (not including alterations) - is this do-able?

I went there with one of my BMs to try on dresses and there were dresses around your price range there.

the vineyard line is reasonable....i just wore a long vineyard bm dress on sunday and i think it was around $190-$200

My girl's dresses are from there. I Went to the one in Roslyn and they are really nice. They cost 175. The vineyard collection is the less expensive ones. The alterations are expensive though IMO.

I am wearing a short Vineyard bm dress for my friends wedding and it was $159 and I actually didn't need any alterations! I also think they give a discount when you buy 3 or more dresses.

The short dresses are cheaper than the long ones. Unfortuantely I fell in love with a long one (but the girls got 15% off as I also bought my wedding dress there). Did you buy your wedding dress there because if so, your girls would get 15%off on the BM dresses too!

It depends on if they are Vineyard, Melissa Sweet or POB.
THe vineyard are the cheapest and run up to about $200. My girls wore Vineyard long ones and they were 198. The Melissa Sweet were 200 for short and long were 249 (if I remember correctly)

I was told a hem is 75, to have it taken in is another 30 or 35 and I think if you want to put cups in it is 30.

These prices are good for me... The Lazaro dress I liked so far was $250, so these sound like they -might- be less.
I'm not getting my dress from there, but I will need 5 dresses total, so bring on the discounts!

My girls did not get their dresses altered at the store. They do not have a cap and their prices are on the high side. All were altered at different places and they all came out fine.
