Does anyone have any pricing info on any of the following:
Vineyard Caterers Raphaels Lombardis on the Bay
If you have any thoughts on these places as well that would be great. We are looking for somewhere where we can have the ceremony outside. I also want somewhere with great food and great places for pictures.

Re: Pricing
Hey! Congrats on your big day!! Lombardis has AmaZinG!!! food - no matter which of their venues you go with. I suggest visiting the restaurant beforehand so that you can taste the excellence - I wasn't crazy about the venue - at first ;) (Villa's) but the food was the one thing my fiancée was putting his foot down on hahaha (he was all about quality for the guests) it was huge decision I let him make but it was great for me because now I can negotiate on other things - I MUSt have!! & again the food is really phenomenal!! The pricing is affected greatly by how many extras you add in i.e. candy table etc.) and the day of your wedding (a Saturday vs. a Sunday or weekday or holidays) depending on how flexible you are with the day; the per plate cost is also greatly affected by the number of guaranteed guests (this is a good negotiating point). They were very accommodating and willing to work with our wants and needs (budget) and we were very VeRy happy with what we booked. Regarding pictures make sure you walk around the grounds - but also remember that when you work with your photographer he/she should also be able to suggest other locations outside the venue to help captivate beautiful pictures if your venue falls short in that area. Sorry for the long response, I've planned a number of weddings before and am now in the process of my own and I know how stressful it can be!! Good luck on your big day!! Feel free to FM (forum mail) me if you have any more questions.

Re: Pricing
Raphael's I wouldn't even bother with I had a quote from them, and they were ridiculous. They are charging a huge venue fee, and the price pp was like 160.00 a plate. If I can find my last post on it I will FM u.
I love the Vineyard, work with John, he is the best. And they r sooooooooooo helpful and patient! If I had a bigger wedding guest list I would have went with them. And I heard that the food was amazing (plus u don't need extras b/c most of it is already included)
Lombardis: I LOVE THE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I heard they were strict about alot of stuff. But I would def chk them out.

Re: Pricing
I went to Vineyard Caterers a few weeks ago and they quoted me $110/person for a Saturday evening in May or June 2011. We haven't booked there yet but I think we are going to. John is great. He's so patient and accommodating. They are very professional and you can tell they know what that are doing. The outside area for the ceremony is beautiful and so is the outside space for the cocktail hour. These are the two things that drew me to the place to begin with. Good luck. Keep us posted on what you pick.

Re: Pricing
We had checked out Raphaels back in 08 when we first got engaged. I don't remember their exact price per person but I do remember that they were charging $15,000 for the site fee alone!

Re: Pricing
Wow ok so Raphaels is definately out! LOL That you all for that info. I am definately going to check out Vineyard Caterers. This is actually my second wedding. My first was 5 years ago at Giorgios, which I absolutely loved! So now I am really trying to make this one have the same quality. The only difference is that this time I want an outdoor ceremony. And I really want somewhere that has a really nice outdoor reception spot. With somewhere inside just incase.

Re: Pricing
check out East Wind. We are having our reception there but they have a beautiful spot for the ceremony. they are also very good with the pricing and you can also speak to them about making it more within your budget.
