I'm paying $86.50 plus tax grat at CHCC on 11/4/11 but we are getting a viennese AND an hour before hospitality.
Base price for Sunday evening in November was $69pp plus tax grat. They said that the day weddings would be cheaper but I wanted evening so I didn't even get those quotes.
Also, my BM (sharon) mentioned that the night before thanksgiving would be really cheap too - you might want to inquire.
And, i posted on BHB about Swan Club which quoted me $60pp plus tax/grat for friday night in november.
HTH!

my head is spinning!
have you decided whether you're staying at villa lombardis? changing dates? i can't keep up with you girl lol
i think you and FH should sit down and prioritize everything...is location important? price? time of year? how soon you're getting married? etc. It may help you figure out where to go with everything...jmho

No this time its due to personal reasons!!! We def want to keep the date and everything just looking to go cheaper due to something personal that may be happening. Would rather not get into it.. We are first obviously going to see if our hall will come down on our min... We did get a good price just wanted to weigh out my options. I was all set to stay there and now something else happens..

I think you have to take a breather and figure out what is best for FH and you. It sounds like you are not convinced you made the right RH choice and that's fine but I also can't read what you EXACTLY want.
You are just going to drive yourself crazy if you don't narrow it down some what. I thought you had decided to stay at Lombardis?
eta: i just read your response to Kerri...Hope it's nothing serious and it works out

Re: Pricing on for 2011
OFC is more expensive....$110 for a Friday/Sunday, $130 for a Saturday, not including tax and grat. Or at least thats what they were a couple months ago when I was still looking! ETA this is for any time of day, and any time of year. They don't change depending on season

Yea i did want to stay at Villa I'm going to contact my BM and see if she can do something to make it cheaper. We just have to make the decision based off the fact that we may have to help out more financially where we are currently living.

I know that Lombardis has sister locations also on the bay so if we had to change it to a smaller venue we may be able to ... I have to see...

Your welcome! I hope you figure everything out! I am going a wedding at Lombardi's on the Sound this weekend, if you'd like me to keep an eye out on anything for you. Also, have you looked into the Riviera in Massapequa? I think for your time of year you'd be able to swing it. Its on the water, beautiful room similar to OFC in its feel, and the people there are great to work with!

Just a thought but maybe before getting all mixed up with other RH's and pricing and everything....maybe you should call your RH and see what they can do to work with you. You never know!!

Re: Pricing on for 2011
I just have alot of things going on that I would rather not discuss on here but im just trying to do the smart thing. That is the reason that I have not been able to rest about my decision not bc im picky and don't like my hall. I just know I might need to save on the wedding and have more money for the things i need. don't want to be bothered going to another hall looking around and having to go through the whole menu options again. Especially since I have celiac and i know my hall is going to accomodate me. I will just have to discuss it with Villa first.

Re: Pricing on for 2011
I had a similar personal family issue that required me and my fiance to pay alot more money than we had expected. We contacted our catering hall talked to them and negotiated with them and even pushed back our wedding (would have been this sept) to save more money. Def call your hall first to see what they can do for you before driving yourself crazy going everywhere possible. Everyone always wants to try to make a bride happy so good luck with your hall!
