Help ladies!! my priest is coming over Sunday to bless our house, what do i serve him, do i offer him lunch, drinks coffee dessert?? What do i offer him? Do i have lunch ready for him?
Does he go into the whole house? Darn it do i have to do all my laundry by then?

i am not sure if you have to have lunch for him. maybe some coffee or tea if he would like.. but i do believe they go through the whole house

You should probably take down the mezuzah from the front door that the previous owners left, LOL Although it is a blessing for your home too!

I refuse to take it down. I believe that any blessing is a good one. I am hoping the priest agrees. besides George (previous owner) died in the house years ago and well i just feel like he would want it there.

My Grandma died in my Mom's house. It was from natural causes in fact she was on hospice so we knew it was coming. If it was murder or suicide I'd feel differently I guess...
