priest problem

so i have asked my priest (that i have known for years and that baptized my son even though we weren't married) to come to my RH and do the ceremony there and he said he wont do it because he has to get permission from the bishop and 99.9% the bishop will say no. My parents will flip if i don't have a priest so my question is do you guys have any suggestions or know a priest that is awesome and will do the ceremony at a RH

from what ive heard in the past, theres no way a priest will marry outside of the church unless under some crazy circumstances where the couple cannot get to a church...

but i think i remember reading on here that you can get a 'retired' priest to officiate... but dont quote me on that!
