Prime Rib or Chateau Briand?

Sorry to bother you with minute details...but which would you prefer on a menu?

I thought the Prime, but if we choose the Chateau, then the Prime can be added into the CH carving station in place of London Broil. What do you think?

Chateau Briand, from what I understand is a more expensive cut of meat. It is often an additional cost to order as a meal selection from a caterer much like Chilean Sea Bass is a more costly fish than your average filet of sole or salmon.

I like Chateau Briand much better.

Ok, faced with a similar situation, between LOmbardi's NY Shell Steak and the Chateau, we opted for the Shell Steak. We did this because there is more meat with the shell and it can be cooked to order as the chateau could not be.
