I booked with them....I had found a few good reviews on here and I was too excited about the price not to jump on it. Nice guy, too. Do a search for Primo and you should find some good feedback.
I had to really cut back on some things for my budget and I chose limo to be the place to cut back on. Just one limo for everybody! Luckily my BP is pretty small.

Booked Primo as well. I saw a few good reviews and like you the price could not be beat. Ed is a real nice person to deal with. I'll let you know in 2 weeks how it goes.
