According to People, the rumor mill is on high alert with rumblings that the toothy royal is inching closer to popping the question to Kate Middleton, his squeeze of five years. 'It's decision time,' says Robert Jobson, who has penned a new book, 'William's Princess,' about the low-key pair, who are both 24. 'Will has said he doesn't want to get married until he is 28, but that is just a smoke screen. The pressure starts now.' While a proposal isn't believed to be imminent, 'friends of the couple' tell the mag it's only a matter of time. 'This is certainly not something they are going to rush into,' explains a family insider. 'But their relationship is very strong.'
