Princess Bridal - Farmingdale

Anyone have any good/bad comments??? They were one of the first places I called that had the Bari Jay dress I liked in stock....the reviews online were pretty bad for the store though

They are cheap, but the most unprofessional, and unkept place I have been to.plus my friend was making a custom dress with them and literally got her dress the day before her wedding

I got my dress from there and I have to say that I had the best experience there! I am horrified to read the terrible reviews about them, when I was treated with nothing other than respect. I had two ladies pulling dresses for me that were in my budget and matched the pictures that I had brought with me. They were patient, kind and professional. I also loved it so much that I also got my bridemaids dresses there. I worked very well with Terry; she is definately the one to see if you go there.

I read the bad reviews about them but my mom still wanted to go look at dresses. She ended up getting one of her dresses there (she bought two because she's unsure of which she's going to wear), this was after my mom walked out of 3 stores. The lady was very patient with her and kept on pulling out dresses and saying why things looked good/bad on her and why. The dress actually came in like 2 weeks after we ordered it which my mom was a little bit upset about bc in all the places they pressure you into ordering right away because 'it's getting close' yet, it's still months away. We haven't gone for for her fitting yet.

I had a bad experience there looking at gowns. I had called looking for a particular gown, they told me they had it, and when I came in they actually didn't. I tried on a few others and I actually found the dress!

But the price they gave me was ridiculous ( I had tried on others by the same designer elsewhere and knew the prices, they were trying to sell it to me for $800 more). They didn't really listen, and then this sales lady kept interrupting my appointment to nag my consultant for her paycheck

I was very unimpressed

They are sooo mean and rude! Got my bridesmaid dress there a few years ago for my friends wedding and they were nasty. They promised the dresses would be in by a certain time and they weren't(which isn't even the bad part). When we called up to ask them to check if they were in, they didn't want to be bothered and said there was no reason for them to check, and not the slightest bit apologetic! They did so many other negative things. Avoid them if you can

please dont go there I have a ton of problems and my girls still are. I paid and picked up all the dresses and when two my girls went back for fittings eventhough they walked in the dress Princess Bridal insisted the dresses werent paid for and they much pay again.

they are the absolute worst people ever!

i bought my wedding gown there ... they were the nicest people at that point ... then they had my money and became jerks!

when i went to pick up my dress (2 days before the wedding), they showed it to me and it was wrinkely! I pointed out the wrinkles and the guy was looking at them as if he couldn't see them (they were obvious wrinkles ... about 5 inches long and 6 or 7 of them next to one another!) .... the guy said 'ok fine, so what do you want ME to do about it?!' (with an attitude) ... i said 'um ... re-steam it!' and he took it away giving me dirty looks and rolling his eyes. And this is the manager of the store!!!

please do yourself a favor and do not shop there!

they are the worst!

If that's the only place that has the dress, you can always try it on there and have another store order it - I think most stores will order any dress, even if they don't carry it.

i bought my dress there in april for my november wedding and really have nothing bad to say. My sales lady was Terry and she was so super nice. My alterations came out fine.

They assured me that they had the dress I was looking for (and they were the only place). I was very sick at the time, but I dragged myself out there anyway and found that they had lied in order to get me into the store. Find out for sure that they have it before you waste your time.
