Re: Princess Bridal In Farmingdale ,

I went about 3 years ago and the old ladies were so mean to me. I showed them pics of the dresses I wanted to try and they showed me 'similar ones'. I told them my budget and they told me I shouldn't even try on any dresses that were more $$$ than I wanted to spend. I just wanted ideas.

My best friend bought her wedding gown there a few years ago. They were nice to her before she purchased the gown - afterwards, they were quite nasty and not at all willing to help her.

I bought my gown there. The seamstress did an amazing job on my alterations. The owner is an old, nasty ***** to say the least, but I make it a pt. not to deal with her. Everyone else was quite helpful. I would check it out. They have a really nice selection of dresses.

They have an amazing selection and many unique dresses. They also carry a lot desigers that other shops on long island dont carry. I got my dress there and yes.... I understand about the mean old ladies... they are quite nasty. The young girl that helped me pick out and try on gowns was amazing! I tried to find the dress I loved elsewhere because of their reputation... however no other shops carried the designer and it was the dress I had to have. They have been great so far with me... the dress came in on time, they negotiated the price for me and I hear their seamstress is great. However, I did order my bm dresses elsewhere because of the mean old ladies.... I didnt want my whole bridal party to have to deal with them. Good Luck!

My fitting is next week... Ill post pics!
