PRINCESS BRIDAL..... Worst Bridal Salon.... Simply Horrifying

WORST absolute WORST store you can purchase from. I got stuck there because I fell in love with a dress and could not get it anywhere else in time.

First, they lied and told me they were ordering a new dress ( I found out when another shop called same designer on my behalf, that it was impossible to get dress in time) When I called them out on this they go oh it much have just 'appeared in stock' on the computer. They were always planning on just resizing dress off the rack...which is fine as long AS U TELL ME!!

When I asked for a discount for an off the rack now dress, they said they could only take of $50! WHAT! Knowing I didn't have alot of choices

Then not once but TWICE I had scheduled fittings and no one was there. They closed for inclement weather. No cancellation phone call NOTHING! The second time the weather wasn't even bad!!! and there was a sign on the door stating they would be closed for the weather...so they could have easily called and cancelled any appts being the closing was predetermined! When I asked them why they didn't call me they rudely stated, ' you should have called before coming' ARE YOU KiDDING ME!

Describing them as RUDE is an understatement! The only guarentee you will have walking into Princess Bridal is that someone will greet you rudely and treat you poorly almost every step of the way. Especially the owner and her son!!!

Don't walk out RUN as fast as possible!

Oh and after they steamed my dress they bustled it up and put in in a bag for 5 days so by time I got it home it was a wrinked and had to be redone. They knew I couldn't pick the dress up, but left it in the bag anyway!!!

RUN Run RUN!!!

There are a lot of bad reviews I don't know how they are still open they are horrific. I saw your response to my review they were nothing but problems. I could not believe how rude they were

And the funny part is that someone else said the something about that place...the funny part is that every time i pass that place its always empty ..i like to know how they make money to keep that place open...im so sorry u want though that..and it should be an exciting time for you ..not stressful...I really hope a lot of bridal look at this and don't give them business at all....

I went there to try on bm dresses with my girls. The woman was ruuude. She told my girls they must be single because of the way they treat clothes and other rude things. Eventually my cousin told her she was being offensive and she was a lot nicer. She was nice to me because I don't take crap from anyone. The girls got to the store before and texted me that she was rude and I made sure that she knew I wasn't going to be treated that way.

Thankfully I have my dress, however, I will make sure that anyone I know does not go to this store!

I had a similiar experience when I went to the Wedding Center in Commack....I found a dress I absolutely loved and they were the only ones who carried it, but after dealing with an extremely rude staff I decided to go with a similiar dress at Bridal Reflections.
