Princess Bridals grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

After reading a previous post with them, i figured i'd just share my store for the heck of it. I went there about 2 weeks ago with my sister (also a bride) to look at BM dresses. We love bill levkoff and they are the closest retailers to us. So we go there...no one offers to help us, they just pointed us in the direction of their clumsily clad racks with tons of dresses thrown all over the place and we were on our own. After trying on 4 dresses solo, finally this old hagged lady came up to us and asked if we needed help. ummmmmmmmmm too late. so we brushed her off a little bit but she sat there and stared at us anyway. When she asked how many girls i'm having in my party i said 10+ and she !!!!!!
Then my sister found the dress she wanted and the lady REFUSED to give her the bill levkoff style number!!!!!! (what?? she's affraid we're going to look elsewhere?? well...shes right!) so we walked out. Now 2 weeks before this i was in there with 2 of my girls---the BL dresses we wanted were 200 and they said since i'm getting 10, they will only charge me 180 (oh thank you). My sister has 4...her dresses were the same price...and they said 170. ummmmmm hi i'm ordering double what my sister is!!! stupid stupid stupid!!! We walked out and will never ever go there or reccommend them to anyone!! I think i went there for my prom gown and had a bad exp. too. I don't remember though. BOOOOOOOOOOO!

Where is Princess Bridals??

I can't believe places like this stay in business after the treatment they give people.

farmingdale....i ordered my dress from there...and yea....they seemed a bit snobbish when my mom and i walked in. As i started to try on dresses...they warmed up to us...LoL...i guess the only reason was because we were making a big purchase....I'll let you know more about the service as i go for my fittings.....

I just called to try and get pricing information on a gown and I recieved the answer, ' we can't give it over the phone, I don't have access to that information'

Ummm does that make any sense? How can you sell dresses if you don't have pricing information. Nonetheless i'm staying away from them as well.
