ok i want to send out save the dates in a couple of weeks and im trying to get ready but printing out labels with everyone's address on it (so my hand doesnt fall off from hand writing on over a hundred save the dates) buttttt i have microsoft word 2007 program and i cant seem to figure out how to set it up to print labels ... can anyone help me? o ps - all my address are saved in excel so i guess i need to move them to word which i dont know how to do either! hmmm ive been playing around with it and im close but i dont know what im doing haha

I just did this - well not from Excel - I did it in Word (Go to Mailing Labels Wizard under templates), but if you buy the Avery labels and you go onto their website there's a template to download that converts adresses from Excel to Word!
go to www.avery.com/templates (I think) - if you get the Avery labels there's directions right on the folder.

Do a mail merge.. thats what I do for all my events.
