Printing Programs

Printing Programs

Okay, so I finally finished creating my ceremony programs in MS Word. I printed one out on my home printer and it looks great (Yay!). It's four 8-and-a-half by eleven pages, folded, so it's an 8-page booklet.

So... now, how do I get 75 of them? Do I go to Kinko's with my one copy and color-copy them? 75 x 4 pages = 300 color copies... that sounds like a lot of money. Can I bring the program on my flash drive and have them print them out, would that be cheaper? And someone mentioned to me that they can fold them down the middle there and I should have them do that, since it'll save me hours of work. Right? How, though?

Please help!! The wedding is only 23 days, 15 hours, and 48 minutes away!!!

Re: Printing Programs

it's going to be a lot of money no matter how you slice it. i printed them at work and that was VERY money-saving to me.

maybe can you check and see if there's a library nearby that has a color copier???

I'd go with my flash drive and have them fold all of them

Re: Printing Programs

Thanks for the suggestions. I guess paying for color photocopies is not the way to go. I'll see if my library has a copier, and check out the printing/binding services at Kinkos.

Thanks again.

Re: Printing Programs

color copies @ kinkos will be expensive, something like $0.60 per copy, maybe more. are you able to maybe print only black on the inner pages, and color on the front & back covers?
