There is a deli type place called Pro Portions in Stony Brook.. Its all weight watchers type food. Its yummy. I just thought I would let you know for those who live around the Stony Brook area. I had cheese and broccoli Quiche with a big salad last night. They count the points for you.

That's great do you know if they have other stores? Stoneybrook is really far from me, but that's just what I need.

They also have a place in Selden...I love Pro Portion Their Chef salad and wraps are great also and you get HUGE portions
