I am very frustrated right now. My mother ordered her dress in March from Bridal Reflections. I called over a month ago to check the status and after a ton of questions (such as name, dress designer, etc), I was told that it will be here in August. So my mom called yesterday, again... got a run around. I called and after another ton of questions, my mother decided to go to the store in person to find out it was never ordered! The salesperson never kept a copy of the order slip so the deposit was processed but not the order!!! We went to this store based on their good reputation but they did not live up to it!

I just spoke with my mother and they called the company who just so happens to have the dress in stock that we ordered in the same color and in her size (which is a size 2!) so they said they will have the dress, shoes, purse, etc next week. And they will not charge for alterations which was approx. $80. I told my mother to make sure that next week ,when it arrives, they dont try to convince her that she really did order a tangerine colored/polka dot dress!!! LOL

So the drama continues with Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. At the first fitting, my mother made an appointment to return TODAY for her second fitting. Having no faith in this store, she called to confirm the appt and was told that the appt was Friday!! I remember the whole thought process we had when my mom made the appointment for today, so again, Bridal Reflections fails to provide even adequate service and shows their complete lack of attention and reliability. They have mostly young girls working there who are too immature to give the attention needed in that kind of business. I need all brides to know to please stay away from that store!!!!!!! UGH

I had some issues with them for my dress. Both my sisters got their dresses from them, and had great experience.
