Problem with my mom's dress

I'm not going to go into much detail but in short, the woman at the shop was very rude to my mom on the phone and both of us once we got there (multiple snide comments) and then it turned out that her dress was the wrong color. they didnt even apologize, and one woman tried to convince my mom she ordered a different dress, but her co-worker acknowledged it was their mistake. they are 'trying to fix it' and will call my mom back monday to see if there is time.

i really hope everything works out...

i hope so too.... my grandma, bridesmaids and I all ordered from one shop and my mom found her dress somewhere else. i personally think she should go elsewhere for alterations but we will see what happens

Ugh, you're kidding!! Wow, it was their mistake. They should be bending over backwards to accommodate you, not give you attitude. I'm sorry to hear that. I hope it works out.

I don't know if I missed a post. How did your fitting go?

I hope everything works out!!!! Its so annoying and frustrating when orders are not processed that right way the first way!! I am sure it will all be fixed!!! Keep on top of them until you have the RIGHT dress they way your mom wants it!!! Good Luck!

yeah i know, one woman there is so obnoxious but the other woman was honest about it. no apologies from anyone though

my fitting went well! my dress was a little big, so it will probably look a lot more 'real' when i go for my second fitting in june
