Hi Ladies..... Have any of you encounter problems with the Old Westbury Garden? I have a really, REALLY hard time getting in contact with Diana from there. I'm suppose to go there next Friday 9/29 for our engagement pictures and I still have not heard from her yet. She told me almost 2 months ago that she may have the availability for us to do photoshoot there. I faxed the form to her almost 2 months ago and I just saw that she charged me on my credit card as well...so what does that mean? I left her 2 messages ever since last week and still no calls from her. I mean, don't get me wrong...she was really nice on the phone the only time that I got through to her. I really need to find out from her because if she won't have the availability for us then I need to either reschedule with my photographer or look somewhere else!!!!
AHHHHH...what's taking her so long to call me back... Does anyone have another other contact??

i know what you mean......she told me that week day AM is easier to get her. Shes usually pretty good getting back though. Maybe if you get the recp desk they can give u another person to talk w?? or have you emailed her??

I heard one bad story about OWG. A photographer was telling me that they were shooting a wedding at the church and the church was running a little late (20 minutes) and when they got to OWG, they would not let them in to take pics. I heard the bride and groom were very upset and were not able to get back their money. I know I priced them for myself and they were like $475. After hearing that story, that helped me make my decision.
From what it sounds like, their customer service skills are not up to par.
I guess, keep calling and keep after them.

we gave up, they told me its easier to just send the money and the contract before talking to someone...crazy

I heard from her assistant about two weeks ago and Diane a week ago. She said her computer died or something like that so she was late getting back to people. I would try her again in case your info was lost. hth

I think they are under staffed in the office. It seems like Diana is the only one that does booking.

I just went though the same thing this week with her. I called Monday, Wed and today. She did not return any of my calls. So when I called back today I kept getting her voice mail. I hit '0' for the operator and got the receptionist. She took the message and said she is on the phone and will call me right back. I wasn't waiting another day so I called her back 1 hr later and she finally answered. She told me to fax over the papework(I also mailed the paperwork) and I wanted to make sure they had my date open for my e-pics.. She is suppose to call me back after she pocesses the papework. But I am going to call back on Monday. She seemed nice when I finally spoke to her, I just hope it goes through! But we are still looking for othe places just incase.
