Problem with the knot sale

I ordered napkins last night and the website was SO slow. I think it was too many orders. I now have 4 orders of napkins on my credit card! I tried to call 5xs already and got no one after 20 minutes. Anyone else order last night and have a problem??

I had an issue when checking out. They took off an old coupon code I had entered a while back before taking the free shipping. I had o call to get the free shipping taken off since it was cheaper with that particular code. I was on hold for over half an hour! They didn't even have music so I knew I was actually on hold. Sooo frustrating! I hope they rectify your problem!!

That stinks, I'm sorry. You might have to hang on the line since I'm guessing they're non-returnable. Worst case scenario you can dispute the charge with your cc company. Good luck!!!

No...I'm sorry you're dealing with that! How annoying! Maybe you can at least email customer service so the mistake is documented within 24 hours. It might give you more of a leg to stand on if you can't get anyone on the phone.

They e-mailed me telling me they had a lot of issues due to HIGH volume. I only got one confirmation # so thats the only one im paying for! haha. I just fear I am going to get 1200 napkins!!! AHH
