Do you plan on having your bridesmaids walk down the aisle by themselves, or with the groomsmen? ...and for what reasons?

Yes, that's what we're doing. The guys will be up there with FH and the girls will walk down alone. Then they will pair up to walk back up the aisle.
We are doing it this way because just like how it looks when the girls walk down themselves and lead up to the entrance of the bride. Then once we are married and we walk up the aisle together, all the girls/guys will walk together also.
That's exactly how I feel, I love the look of the guys up with FH on the alter, then my girls leading the way for me my last few steps as a 'single girl' then they pair up ccause I am 'paired up'.

same here. The way we coupled them up looks adorable. They are all so beautiful and look so cute together.

We had our the BM's walk down the aisle by themselves, and then walk out with the guys

The GM will walk the BMs down, no real reason! I just like the way it looks.

I'm doing it this way as well too. In addition to our groomsmen, we have 3 ushers (my male best friends) who are actually going to be the ones seating the guests, giving out programs, etc. So the groomsmen will all be up front with FH and the ushers and bridesmaids will walk down the aisle single file.

Escorted by groomsmen, only MOH I think I will be having walk down the aisle by herself. But definitely FG and RB will be walking down by themselves.

i am having them walk with the groomsmen except for MOH i am thinking about having her (my sister) walk with my mom, not quite sure yet

By themselves... traditional, I think. It kind of mirrors the bride walking down on her own. Also, I like the look of the groomsmen standing and waiting with the FH.... on the way out, they will be escorted by the groomsmen.

my plan is to have best man up front w/ FH, and have BM walk w/ GM, and MOH walk alone. We'll see if it works at the rehersal.

I like when bridesmaids go down the aisle alone, sometimes it hard, especially for the guys, to make sure you are in step with each other walking down the aisle. But thats just my opinion. I like when they walk together at the end of the ceremony b/c its a faster paced walk

I did Bm's with Gm's and MOH by herself. I had an extra GM so he escorted my mother (he was my brother).
