im catching up here since i haven't been on while at work (except today lol) AND - one of you ladies recommended this product and i have to say it's worked amazing for me so far - at least for my nails (not sure about hair & skin bc of the thyroid issues and i just had a facial lol)

but my nails are getting so strong!!!!

I love the GNC vita-paks. I use the one with CLA when I am training. It really helps define muscle without reeking havoc on your body.

very true - FH got it for me the first week of last month lol

im also taking these pills.. and now that u mention it.. i just tried to bend my thumb nail and i couldnt!!!!! 1 week so far and its working

exactly!!! my thumb nail is like a freaking knife (or something descriptive that a i can't come up with right now bc i'm half asleep)

hmm, worth a shot. I'll have to have FH buy this for me next first week of the month!!!
