Program etiquette...

I am making my program (fans) right now and I was wondering how our names should be worded on the front cover. My FH's last name is pretty long, so if I include his last name on the fan, our names have to be in a smaller font. So, which one would you choose?

1- Debra Smith & Fabrizio Jones
(both first and last names)

2- Debra Ann & Fabrizio Jones
(the way it is worded on the invitation)

3- Debra & Fabrizio
(just our first names)
