program fans (repost from DIY)

I've seen many pictures of program fans on this site but i can't find directions on how to make them. Can someone please write out the directions on the materials needed and how to put it together for me.

I set up my paper size in Microsoft Word for 5.5 x 8.5. I then typed out whatever I wanted for each page in the program and saved it.

When it came time to print them out, I folded a normal size papre in half and just printed each page accordingly.

I probably made more work for myself then I needed but it came out EXACTY the way I wanted it.

It was easy to do once I set the paper size and then just found a font and went to town!!
