We have a friend who's handing out programs and FI wants to include her name in the program. But what do I call her role? 'Program hander outer' doesn't seem quite right Any suggestions?

hmm... you could include her name in the 'thank you area' by saying you appreciate her helping to bring things together that day or something like that. i dont think i'd give her a 'title' for handing them out , just a thanks for helping w/ details.

Thanks for the suggestions. Helpful as always.
I searched back on old posts and came up with calling her the 'greeter'. Not perfect, but I don't have space to add another thank you message (I'm doing paddle fans, so I just have one page to put all my info).
