I printed out my programs last night. Just a quick question.. do you think it is wrong to list FH's grandmother who is doing one of the readings as Nanny _____(last name). This is what all the grandkids call her. I thought it was cute! Opinions?

Hmm, why not put Jane 'Nanny' Smith? That way you can have her real name and her nickname?

I think I would probably use her actual first and last name. I think it depends on the overall tone of your wedding though (formal v. less-formal)

Hmm... I have to get more programs today anyway. I'm going to do half and half! Oh well, should have thought about this yesterday before I freakin printed them!! I guess it's not a huge deal. Bride brain has set in!!

Well, I think that perhaps it is best to put her given first and last name and then perhaps (Nanny) underneath or next to her name. It just seems a bit more formal that way
