Program question - Girls married at church, not full ceremony

When did you do the Unity Candle?

Was it after the exchange of rings?

I don't know where to put it on the program!

I actually didnt put that in my program. It has basic information.. and just names of particpants

im not doing the unity candle so i am no help...

but i want to know why my church feels the need to sing after the exchange of rings lol

but for the program i think i am just writing exhange of rings and then the closing prayer the deacon will say and then the songs that are for the recessional out

Our unity candle ceremony was one of the last things we did. We already exchanged our vows and our rings. THEN we did the unity candle right after. And the last thing we did was the Hand Prayer. HTH!

Ours was after the blessing and exchanging of the rings. I would call your church though just to confirm that, I'm not sure if it's the same in every church.

Yeah, i'm useless! I'm only married 10 days and I have no idea what order we did things in...oh wait, I have a program right here on my desk...

We did ours before the vows.

yeah we did ours before the vows too. Just ask your church. My church gave me a sample program for a ceremony so I just did everything in the order they gave me.
