Re: programs

I saw a really cute idea when I was searching for program ideas... The people bought decorative paper (like from Michaels) and folded it in half, tacked it together, so it didnt open. They punched two holes in the top and tied an organza style bow on the top... The program itself was pre-printed from the computer.. It really was beautiful.. I wish I could explain it to you better... Hope you get the Idea.

My mother made mine on the computer and they cmae oit beautiful!!! She used regular card stock and had a vellum overlay, had tehm scored at kinkos ( I think) and had a beautiful satin ribbon ...they were verey elegnat I thought..and I know they didnt cost a fortune..to cut costs..you could also do one per couple..they get trashed anyhow a few sceonds later!

we did our's on the computer also. we used a thicker card stock for the cover, and then regular computer paper for the inside page and then attached the inside page to the outer page with a tiny piece of double-sided tape right where they folded....they came out great!!!

Re: programs

I got paper at Staples and I put the format in Word. Can I bring one to Kinkos and have the rest printed by them? TIA

you could get them printed at Kinkos but you could prob just but all the paper yourself and print them at home... Michael's has a great selection of all types of paper...

Thanks! The reason I ask is because it takes so long for me to print just one and I wanted to print 100. I wonder if it is expensive? I should go find out! Thanks again

I was thinking of doing the same thing. I bought the program below and I am going to print them on my computer on Word...but I was thinking of printing one and bringing the rest to get printed...if nothing else but to save ink and energy!
