Does anybody have any programs they are willing to share with me? I'm not sure what to print out on the inside of mine and I've looked up a lot of templates online, but I haven't been able to find any that I like... They are all too formal for my ceremony. Thanks!@

Look in my community album. I made mine from scratch using lots of examples and its a mass, but you can remove things you don't need/want and make it for yourself. I have a template on my computer if you want it.
