Programs

How many programs did you make?

I am expecting about 200 guests at my reception. how many programs would you make for the church? (Also, we have about a 3 1/2 hour wait between church and reception.)

Bridetobe - I thought about the same thing this morning.. glad I read before posting the same question. We are having about 200 as well. I saw some paper I liked at Staples yesterday, but am so unsure on how much to get.

I made about 250 programs and I would say that about 175 were used. I expected about 200 people at church as well.

I am expecting 150 at the reception. The ceremony is a Friday evening so I don't expect everyone to make it to the church. I made 125 programs - I think that'll do it.

I'm expecting 120 at the reception, about 75 or 80 at the church. I'm making 100 programs.

I am expecting about 100 people and plan on making 100 programs...only one per couple is necessary in my opinion

I invited 156 to the reception and many are out of town so those people will come to the Church. I am expecting about 120ish final count. I am making 80 programs. That should be fine.

I am trying to figure out how people will really come to the church? It seemed like only close family and some friends went to my brother's. I am so confused.

I was originally going to make my own programs but now I found a site that is only about $30 more and they will print them for you so I am considering doing it that way.

I am thinking of making one per person. I think most people who come early like to take one (not just one per couple). It gives them something to read while they wait.

Do you think 125 or 150 would be enough if I expect 200 people at the reception?

I am planning on having about 130 at the reception. I was planning on making about 100 programs. I hope it's enough.
