How many do I need to print for the church? I have no clue how many people are going to show up.

I ended up doing one per person, knowing that we would have too many...
It is hard to guage -
-we had people not go to the church -people show up at the church who weren't going to the reception (some work friends of my parents, parents of bridesmaids, etc...) -I wasn't sure if couples would take two or one program
Anyway, we had extra which we brought to the reception and put in a basket on the escort table - so the slackers who didn't go to the ceremony could have one!

I had about 110 guests at the church. I printed 100 and had exactly 20 left over.

I've been wondering the same thing. I decided to do 90 programs (we expect 125 people at the reception).

I have 148 people coming to reception. I did 100 programs. I think that should be sufficient.
