Programs

I was reading a few of the posts, and I saw programs for the ceremony. But, while looking through all the bridal mags I got, lol, I saw only ideas for reception programs. I was really only going to do one for the reception, but now it's got me thinking if I should do one for the ceremony as well. Or, even better make it for both all in one. :) Any suggestions? I'm new to this, and never saw it at ANY of the weddings I went to.

I've never seen a program for the reception, only for the ceremony.

The ceremony program usually lists the bridal party and explains the different parts of the ceremony...what is listed on the reception program?

From the samples I've seen it's a menu, tells everyone when the events will take place... like the cake cutting and all that. Shows the order. Now, that I'm a bit more clear on that...it makes a bit more sence... THANKS SOO MUCH!

I never saw a reception program either...we're just doing a ceremony program (program fans) :)
One side the bridal party, the other the order of celebration. :)

usually a program is only for ceremony...you list the wedding party, ceremnoy details (readings and such), acknowledgements and thanks yous. For the Reception you only need menu cards which most halls provide

Ive never seen a reception program, only menus .. which the hall should provide you a basic one.

The ceremony program lists the wedding party and the procession of the wedding.

Never saw one for reception, only for ceremony. Im getting married at the RH and doing one for the ceremony.

Thanks girls for all your help... Now I actually / finally know what I'm doing. LOL. Someone def. made a mistake... I even went ahead and checked again, and it def. said reception programs... lol. THANKS!!
