I posted this in BHB but no one could help. I hope past brides can.. How many programs should I get? How should I decide? Should I do a certain percentage of guests since some guests won't come to the church?
What was your experience? Did you have a lot left over or run out?

i plan on counting up how many people on my guest list i expect to come to the ceremony, and then add a few extra for people i know who may come, but arent invited to the wedding....like neighbors and such, parents of my bridal party etc...

I made 25 less than the number of people who RSVP'd yes since not everyone who came to the reception came to the ceremony.
we had about 200 rsvp and i made 100 programs and 100 petal cones. i think 1 per couple is fine and our programs were somewhat complicated to make. but if you're just printing and folding, then you could probably make a bit more than 1 per couple.

We had 140 coming to the wedding but new some people who were not invited were going to go to the church. I made 150 and maybe had 10 or so left over. I also had bubbles and had 150 too. There were no bubbles left over.

We printed on for every guest, but we got married at the RH.
