Do you really need to have enough programs for each and every person at the wedding? Or is it okay to have enough for 1 per couple- plus about 15 extra for singles...? Or is that tacky?

I've been to weddings where it's one per person and one per couple. People can share. If you have extras I'm sure you and your family will save them for sentimental value.
