Ours was approved by our priest, I was afraid to print them without his approval of the order & the exact prayers we chose.... so if you're just doing a ceremony & not a mass... this should be fine for you guys as well...

Procession
Entrance of the Bride
Opening Prayer
Old Testament Reading (then we listed the reading we chose & the reader)
Responsorial Psalm (then we listed the Psalm we chose)
New Testament Reading (then we listed the reading we chose & the reader)
Gospel Acclamation (listed the acclamation)
Gospel Reading (listed the reading)
Questions of Intent
Exchange of Wedding Vows
Exchange of Wedding Rings
Prayer of the Faithful
Nuptial Blessing
Final Blessing
Recessional

We also listed in the programs the name of our priest & all of the family & wedding party members who will be walking down the aisle.

We also included a thank you to our family & friends and a dedication to our loved ones who have passed away.
