Honestly, I wouldnt do a lot. We made a few more than necessary and I was annoyed.

we are have our ceremony at the RH so we didn't find them necessary. HTH!

This is a good question because I was thinking the same thing....I'm definitely not doing programs people just throw them away what's the point.

We are doing them because they will serve as fans and there is no AC where we are getting married.
There isnt much of a program since its not a religious ceremony, so the back will have directions to the reception place, and we were thinking of putting a family name section, and a small memorial section on them.
I havent done them yet and as it gets closer, I am still up in the air about them! I found a place on etsy that is reasonable, so I might just have them do it.

I dont' think it's really important, but I asked my two younger cousins to be ushers at the wedding so I figure they can hand out programs and tell people where to sit.

I DIY'd mine, and printed them off of vistaprint for like 15 bucks. Totally worth it for me because my friends & family keep things like that.

We're NOT doing them. Our cermony is at the RH and at most will be a half hour long.
No need.
As for dinner menu's I think Russo's provides them.
Not going crazy with stuff like that- Don't find it nec. It doesn't fit in people's puses and I've worked enough weddings in my time to know they all go in the garbage- I've thrown out millions myself.

I don't think they are a big deal but I do think it is nice to have something giving you an order of events the people and thank yous even if you do something simple! I mean my sister and I just did a wedding that had just the names of people in it just so people knew some things it gets confusing esp for people who don't now each other

I don't think I am doing them... I don't think it's necessary... but I am not getting married in a church... the ceremony will be 30 minutes, I don't see the point!
