We are going to be having programs.
IT shows the members of the bridal party, the family, the music, order of the ceremony, a dedication if you would like to have one.

I did programs even though our ceremony was at the RH....on one side i put our wedding date, the location & a thank you message and paragraph asking to remember our departed loved ones...
on the other side i listed DH's grandma, our parents & the BP, FG, RB and officiants...HTH!
ETA: we had a very simple ceremony...no readings, etc...so i didn't bother with that info.

Very nice job!! My sister is getting marred at the RH also, and she said no programs because it's not a church, but I'm going to make a mock up and show it to her and see what she thinks.

DH and I got married at the RH and we used programs to do the same as above--state who the people in the wedding party were. I also included the music and 'agenda,' explained cultural traditions, listed late family members, etc. If you're doing a sand ceremony or something like that, you could include an explanation there.
I used an eight-page, bifold program printed on letter-size (8' x 11') paper with lots of white space. FM me for the template.
