If anyone seems to care....We've been working hard at our house, I know it might not seem like it but here are some news pics! All the trees and bushes were cut down or pulled out and now you can see the house. Tomorrow they are coming to escavate our land and pull out the ivy, then we can FINALLY power wash & paint the house!!!!

It seems like alot of work but the finished product will make you feel like wow this is really mine. Did you get it for a good price.

Wow! So much work you've done so far to it! Keep us updated on progress!! Congrats to you and FH! So exciting and I know its a lot of work to re-do a house, but in the end you'll be able to sit back and enjoy and beautiful home that you can finally call your own! Best of luck!!

It's coming along great! Buying a fixer upper is always the best. Once its done think of how much your home has already appreciated in value!
Demo is succch a pain. My FH and I are in a apt right now until after we get married, and the hot water tank leaked and ruined sheet rock and the tiling. So my FH redid the whole thing (he's a contractor), and we were living there during it I hated it. But we get a few months rent free out of it!! yay!
