Progress of Deb and Fred's wedding plans, etc.
Hi everyone!!
It's the wee hours and I can't sleep.
As you might have read, it rained in LI, on Oct. 9th, and Deb and Fred's e-pics were canceled; But Deb perked up after her hair/makeup trials. She really loved Roseanna Amador and Jill Harth. Yesterday, Deb and I went to David's Bridal, in Harrisburg, Pa., to look at Bridesmaid/Flower Girl gowns. Unfortunately, the line of Bridesmaid gowns, that Deb was interested in, was discontinued. They did have a large selection of FG gowns, and Deb has chosen a few possibilities. We went to a Lancaster Co. store, Weddings by Paulette, in Millersville, where Deb narrowed her Bridesmaid gown selections to two, and shoes to three styles, so we're making progress! Deb also selected a sparkly comb for the FG's hair.
Are any of you ladies in Optimist Club?
Deb just finished her year as President and has to make a srapbook, of her year, to turn in. That's on the agenda for this weekend.
Do any of you love violets?
I do!!!! I got two new varieties at the Philadelphia Flower Show, this past year.
