Projection Screen or Plasma's

We're going to get one or the other...which would you ladies do?

I was told that b/c my room is big, it's probably better to get the projection screen, but, I'm concerned that it'll look tacky...

My FIL's have a projection screen, and it's amazing! It's huge, like watching a movie in a theatre, and it is so clear! It doesn't look tacky at all, but I totally understand your concern! And the screen actually rolls up for when your not using it.

I've heard good things about Plasma too though...Sorry I'm no help

The problem with a projection screen is say you are sitting on the side of the tv, the picture looks darker and sometimes blurry. With a plasma, you can be at any angle and the picture looks clear. So plasmas are far superior when it comes to picture quality.

We have two plasmas in our place and FH refuses to buy a projection for that reason.
