Proline, Imagine, and Patkin

Proline, Imagine, and Patkin

My FH visited Proline and really liked them. This week we are seeing Imagine and Patkin. We are definitely working on a budget. I read somewhere that Imagine is $$$$, is this true? How about Patkin? Do all 3 places differ immensely?

I can only tell you about ProLine. My sister, 2 cousins, and friend used them so of course their work is so good I am using them too. Did you meet with Ed? They totally work within your budget and you will not be disappointed with their work.

Yes, we met w/ Ed and really liked him. Are any of the photographers better than the others, as far as you know?

We used Imagine..they were amazing but we did find them to be on the higher end of the price range...Lia worked with us a bit though and the pictures are SOOO worth it!

Yes we used them both...they come as a package...at least during the summer months they did...but we were very happy with him..he was great

Same with us. The prices are a little higher than other photographers but Lia worked with us a little bit with our extras that we added on. I'm very happy with the decision we made and am very excited to have Lia as our photographer.

I agree. After seeing how amazing my FSIL's proofs & video was, we knew we wanted them but I was so scared to even meet with them because I didn't want to be disappointed when they were out of our price range. But they were great & worked with us adding & removing to our package to help us stay where we wanted to be.

I'm using Imagine. My sister used them for her wedding, and her pics were so amazing that it was an easy decision for me.

We booked with Imagine as well. I just did my engagement shoot with them and received the pics and I so far love their work. I am also planning to do the STD's with Lia. We also negotiated with her.Good Luck!!

We booked with Patken. I wish we would have shopped around a little bit. Honestly I'd meet with them LAST. See what everyone else is offering for what price. have it written down somewhere where you can review it.
When we went to Patken we were offered $200 or $250 off the package if we booked right there and then. We did it.. it basically covered the tax. Afterwards I felt that we should have shopped around just a little more, I wanted to meet with duet and proline... but Patken does amazing work, we just got our epics done. So while I'm happy with them.. I wish we would have gotten more for our $$.

Well Patkin is a vendor for CHCC, so that's a big plus for us. And its funny, b/c we are meeting with Patkin last. Thanks for the tips about negotiating. I am also excited to meet with Lia and see what she has to offer.. the FH and I can't afford to spend a bundle on photography.

I think we got the cheapest package and it was over $3850... but thats for photo and video. we asked if we could take anything off to make it $3500 (which is what we agreed was the HIGHEST we'd spend on photo/video INCLUDING tax)... they said no.
