This is totally personal perference, and really just going off of our invites, but you could take out the first 'at'...just throwing it out there though!

Just a question for the RSVP should it be

Decline with regret

or

Declines with regret

I have the same question for the accepts part also.

In my head I have Accepts and Declines but I could totally wrong and am certainly not an english major.
