I posted a picture of my invitation in my picture section. It won't let me attach the picture in this message. I need some proof readers! I am terrible at grammer! Also, for the part that says 'reception to follow' I am not sure if i included the time correctly. Are any of those words supposed to be capitalized? LOL, I am probably looking into this way too much but before I order them i need to be certain! thanks guys!

Looks great to me. Is that a VP invite? I used VP also. I remember seeing that style.

I it's went through this and researched so much. So if you want a formal w wedding etigette- -do not capitalize invite - write out Saturday, the thirteenth of --- Year keep capitalized the first letter Two (thousand and fourteen should not be capitalized
You don't need to write te street address just the town
Recpetion should be lowercase
The time and place should be on a recpetion card Seperate from Invitation. HTH

I got the linen one. Looks better than the matte and the normal card stock.

Ok, thanks! I was thinking about ordering the sample kit that shows all the different types of paper to choose from, but I am not certain if I am just over thinking things.

Re: Proof Reading...
I did a lot of research on invitations, so here is my opinion and what I did. I also had the church and reception all on the invitation.
1- The year should not have an 'and'. When writing numbers, this is almost like a decimal.
2- For the church, I also had 6 lines.
Saturday the first of June two thousand thirteen Two o'clock in the afternoon
Church name & address as you have
3- For the reception, I had 5 lines.
Reception to follow at Six o'clock in the evening Westbury Manor street address Westbury, NY
