Nope, the PS3 slated release date is the end of march 2006. Warning: the corporate guys have said this baby will be expensive! Rumored to be near $700bux!!

BUT: If you are a fan of the XBox 360, this will be released around thanksgiving of this year, as well as the new Nintendo Revolution.

and the PSP for and xmas

We have the PS2 now
and he got the PSP Japanese version way before it came out in the US

does you DH travel or always on the go? PSP serves other fuctions as an mp3 player, movies, etc... but the only reason why i dont want it cuase i don't travel (like commute to the city daily)

PS3 im afarid will be expensive but they game systems are turning into media items you can do pretty much everything with except cook an egg. Xbox 360 will be 300 or 400 in NOV depending on which flavor you want.

Nintendo revoultion which is not gonna do everything will just be used for games (what it should be doing) and probally cost 200-300 when it comes out.

DH and I were at E3 this year. He wasn't so impressed with the Nintendo Revolution. But then, it is possible that the three hours he waited in line to play the new Zelda colors that opinion.
