So my co-workers (4 Manhattan-ites) are asking me how they can get to the wedding via public transportation since none of them have cars....I dont know what to tell them since public transportation would be kind of weird for them to use to get to the wedding. I am assuming that they would just go to the reception because of this...
But another one of them told me that I would be suprised whose going to show up - meaning that they all might rent a car to get there together.
So do I make up an insert card containing public transportation directions or do I just leave that to them to figure out for themselves???

I would leave that up to them. If more than one person is coming from manhattan, they probably rent a car or get a car service. But have the information available if they ask.

Definitely leave that up to them. Their best bet is probably to rent a car - a car for 1 day split between all of them, allowing them to get to both the church and the reception, is definitely worth the $ and will probably only be slightly more expensive than paying for the LIRR and cabs for each of them.

I agree w/ the above. Leave it up to them. There are many ways for them to get out here. They will just have to find out the best one for their needs. I'm sure if they have questions they will ask you for advice.
