PULEEEEZZZZEEEE HELP!!! MOB DRESS HUNT!!

Hi Ladies,

I have been begging, pleading, harrassing my mom to go dress shopping. But, no, she didnt want to listen to me. She wanted to wait until she lost weight before she would even TRY ON a dress!! So, needless to say yesterday was our first time shopping and she found a dress that she fell in love with it. I loved it on her too.

Here is the problem. The salon called in the order on the spot, the color and size that my mom would need would not be in until September, which is AFTER the wedding!! They would be able to get it in another color by the end of the month. But my mom loved it in silver or rose.

So my question is, can you ladies please recommend any stores or online sites that sell plus size MOB dresses.

The dress she wants is a Mon Cheri Montage Style # 14926. She needs a size 20. If you can tell me any store that may have it. I have been calling all over this morning to Macy's Bridal and other boutiques/salons and have not been able to find it in her size and color that she would like.

If worst comes to worst, we will order it from the salon we went to yesterday in the Lilac color because they can rush order it in for the end of the month. But, she would prefer to get it in siver or rose.

Please help me if you can.

Totally You on Merrick Road in Bellmore/Wantagh sells some dresses off the rack... or Estelles on 110 in Farmingdale... I don't know if either carry that dress but its worth a shot! Good luck!

Thank you ladies. I am waiting for two return phone calls from the two websites that were posted. I am in the process of calling the other salons that you listed as well. I appreciate all of your help.

Why do moms put us through this stress? Arent we under enough all ready? I swear I am going to be bald headed by the time of the wedding!!!

But I am laughing right now because I know I will look back and say all of this drama was worth it in the end. Thats the only way to look at it because I refuse to be sad. So I laugh through the stress
