No it's really happened. I live there its all over the news.

It was totally uncalled for, he could have found them homes. They are tons of rescues in the county.

I mean, even if he put up flyers around he local shops or something!!!

I hate ppl like that. My first dog (as anadult) was a rescue dog that someone found walking around the tarmac at JFK airport. Workers there said they had seen him for months just wandering around & eating garbage.....it makes me so upset to think that someone left him there to die
