Purely out of curiosity

How many of you know your DH's SS# and how many of your DH's know yours?

I ask this because everytime I call the health insurance company they ask for his social, and damned if I remember it.

I don't know it by heart, but I have it written down. DH calls me whenever he needs mine.

DH has mine memorized, but it's not that hard.

I haven't had to use his whatsoever, even though I use his insurance. I only had to ask for it when I did our taxes in March.

I have DH's written down somewhere. Where, I don't know exactly, but it's somewhere!! Usually I call him when I need it. I think he has asked for mine exactly once.

My DH has no idea what mine is, but I know half of his. I have it written down though because I do all the paperwork

DH can't remember to take out the trash, or what I have told him 3 seconds after I have said it, but he knows my SS#, my Bank #, even my license plate # by heart.... Amazing how that boy brain works!!
I know his SS# but only because if he steals my identity I want to be able to track him down!

I know the first three numbers and the last four numbers....damned if I can't remember the two in the middle...
pretty sure he doesn't know mine at all.

I always forget his but I have access to documents that have it. Whenever a doctor's office or health insurance asks for it, if I say I don't remember, they always get by without it. If you want to get really technical, any company that uses SSNs to identify people is supposed to have the express permission of the Social Security Administration. If anyone gets huffy about me not knowing his number, I'd call them on that. So far I have not needed to do that.
