Lovely lavender-hued drink known as the Stardust :

2 oz light rum
1 oz Parfait Amour liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lemon.

Finding Parfait Amour ('perfect love') liqueur is the only tricky part: it's a purple-hued, primarily orange-flavored liqueur that gets (or used to get) its color from violet petals. It's not especially expensive, just requires a bit of tracking down; the Marie Brizzard brand is the one I've been able to find in Boston.

The Stardust is a nicely-balanced, refreshing cocktail, and very pretty -- about the only lavender drink I can think of. It isn't overly sweet. If it was, I'd have nothing to do with it.
