Has anyone chosen or seen really nice purple maids dresses? I'm getting married in august so i want a summery purple but dont like lavender or lilac tones. any suggestions???

HI and WELCOME!!!! If you want take a look at Barijay.com that is the brand of my dress and they have a HUGE color selection. That is the main reason I went with then and just write them an e-mail and they will send you a swatch for FREE!!

i'm gonna use purple as well!!! so far the only colors i've seen were lilac, lavendar, regency, and plum.... it all depends on what dress you finally pick and if you want a lighter or darker purple...
i'm having the same problem tho. i can't find a shade i like
I was MOH in my friends wedding, and we wore a color called bordeaux by Jasmine. It was really pretty plum color and she got married labor day weekend. We carried lavender roses and she had plum colored cala lilies.

These are the dresses we wore for my friends wedding last July... I thought it was going to be darker than it was but it really looked good on everyone!
It's Bill Levkoff in I want to say European Lilac but I'm not 100% sure. It was European something though.

I am also getting married next August, and I am having the same problem.. I want purple for my bridal party...and I love lilac.... but I am not sure yet !!!!!!!!

When I saw them in an email I wished I was using purple!

This dress is by Vera Wang, you can get it in the two tone, too, something a little different---You may need to have a certain body type to wear this dress, though?! I've always admired it.
I am doing bill levkoff eggplant. I had the same issue love purple but really didn't want lilac. Check it out bill levkoff.com. I think they also have another shade also
