Putting a binder on a townhouse tomorrow

We're SO excited...I pray that the numbers work out as we planned and we can go forth. Please pray for us, we work SO hard and really, really want this!!!

Congrats Jeannie! Where is the complex? We are looking for something in Suffolk and have had a hard time finding anything... Starting to get frustrated.

A binder is a more 'legal' term for putting a deposit down. You sign a binder when a bid has been accepted.

Thanks girls! The Binder is paid!!! Since it's a townhouse, the prices are fixed, so there's no bidding, so I guess it's a deposit or whatever. We got the contracts today, this is very overwhelming.

The complex is being built on the corner of Lincoln Ave. and Sunrise in N. Sayville. Just a huge pile of dirt right now, but occupancy for our unit should be 12/04.
